The President of the Association of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Serbia, Bogolyub Karic, sent a message to the President of Serbia, Alexander Vucic and President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on the future ownership structure of the Nis Oil Corporation.

The main idea of these initiatives is to preserve the strategic national international relations of the Republic of Serbia with Russia and the Western world, the stability of states and the possibility of participation of Serbian capital, Serbian industrialists and local entrepreneurs in the future of the Serbian oil industry.

The proposals of the Serbian industrialists state that this initiative does not contradict any existing partnership and does not oppose negotiations at the international level. 

The purpose of these proposals is to ensure that, in the spirit of friendship, partnership and mutual respect, the two heads of State find a model that: :

– Maintaining the stability of Nis Corporation and Serbia as a whole;

– Ensuring the safety of people,

– Preserving the potential and development of the company, 

In his address to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, it was emphasized that the Serbian people do not forget about the historical friendship with the Russians and the support provided by the Russian side. 

The authors of the appeal expressed the opinion that the participation of Serbian capital in the preservation of Nis Corporation will be remembered as a historical precedent of fraternal support and mutual understanding between the Serbian and Russian peoples.

The Association of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Serbia believes that а serious and responsible coalition of the Serbian population should participate in this process, with full respect for the laws of Serbia, international obligations and alliances of both sides. 

Bogoljub Karic believes that today it is more important than ever for Serbia to preserve its strategic territory, economic dignity and stability. But it is also important to remain an alliance that builds bridgesof cooperation and friendship with all partners of the world.
